Start the order process by putting the required license into the shopping cart of our online shop. In the shopping cart, you may choose the payment method PayPal and continue your purchase.
Once you are in your PayPal account and confirmed the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart of our online shop. Here you would have to click on Pay now (please see at the bottom of the page) in order to finish the payment process.

No. The software you buy at JAM Software will be provided as downloadable file.

Of course, you can save the purchased software on a storage medium yourself after the download if needed. In this case, our general license agreement applies.

Sometimes special offers for larger versions of our software are available in the customer account below your license information (at Downloads/Updates).
If there is none, we will be happy to provide you with an offer for a larger edition. Please contact our Sales Team in this matter.

Our website is available in English and German, as well as our software.
There is one excpetion: The ShellBrowser Components are available in English only. To change the language of the website, please select your language in the upper-right corner.

Meanwhile some of our software is also available in other languages. If so, you will find this information on our product pages of our website in the Help section.
Please select the software language during installation.
 

Log in to the Customer Area, using your login name and password.
Please follow the link Orders in the right hand menu named Customer Area.

There you'll find a list of your orders. Click on the invoice number in the column named accordingly to save and print the invoice as needed.

Please log in to the Customer Area, using your username and password.
At "Your Data" or "Your Login Data" in the right hand menu named "Customers Area", you may edit your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) and your login details (username and password).

In case you forgot your password for our customer area, you may request a new one here. We will send an email with a link to set up a new password to the registered email address.

Please check first if you are using the latest key together with the latest installation file. You can find both in your customer area under Downloads.

If your current key is marked as invalid, one of the following reasons might apply:

1. We have deactivated this key to prevent misusage. Please contact us to receive a new key.

2. If several individual licenses were merged into one position with a single license key during a maintenance renewal, old individual keys became invalid as a result.
If this is the case, you will find your valid license key in the updated license (during valid maintenance online or in the PDF document that was sent to you).

Log in to the Customers Area, using your username and password.
Please follow the link Downloads / Updates in the right hand menu named "Customer Area".

You will find the license key which is needed during the installation process in the respective part for the registered software.
The license key for the software is different from your password for our customer area.


Log in to the Customer Area, using your login name and password. You can then click on the avatar on the top right to log in.

Please follow the link Downloads in the same menu.
There you can download your software immediately after finishing your order and also find the license key.

Log in to the Customer Area, using your login name and password. Please follow the link Licenses in the left hand menu at your "Avatar".

Here you will find all your licenses and within your maintenance period, you can also - if available - update to a new version here and view your license keys, or otherwise purchase an extension of your maintenance period.
