You are allowed to use the software as long as you want to.
Our licenses always include 12 months maintenance for free. Within the maintenance period you will get free updates and support, regardless of the released version at the time of purchase.

You may choose to receive our notifications about new versions of your software to the registered email address(es) in your customer account.

Please note that once your maintenance has expired, you will no longer be able to download the software or view your licence keys in our online shop. We recommend that you make a local backup on time.

If your maintenance period expired, you will be able to purchase a maintenance renewal for a reduced price within the first 3 months after expiration. To avoid missing a renewal, you can also activate the option for an auto-renewal.

Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login name and password.
Please follow the link "Orders" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area". Here you will find a list of your orders. You can see the status of each order and may print your invoice or the completed order form for an order (This option is available only if your order is not yet in process).

Log in to the Customer Area using your Customer Id/Username and your password. Please follow the link End Customers/Updates in the right hand menu named Customer Area.
Here you'll find a list that shows all your end customers. Please click on the pencil symbol in the column "Edit" in order to see the complete data or to edit the respective end customer.
