We accept payments by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.

In case it is your first order, simply put the appropriate license into the shopping cart of our online shop.

In the next steps you will be able to enter your contact details and a customer account will be set up for you automatically. You will receive the login data with the order confirmation.

You may simply visit our webshop and choose the software you are interested in via the shopping cart.

In your shopping cart, you may still add more products or directly click at "Create Quote". You will be asked for your address details in case you are not logged into an existing customer account.

In the next step, you may download the official quote as PDF document. Our quotes are valid for 30 days.

Please note: Offers for maintenance renewals of an existing license can be found in the appropriate customer account at "Licenses".

Currently, we do not have a reinstatement fee.

However, please note that after the grace period of 3 months of interrupted maintenance, the full license price has to be paid again.
Until then, you can renew for 50% of the new license price.

The regular price for a maintenance renewal is 50% of the license price for a 12 months renewal.

For outdated maintenance that has been interrupted for more than 3 months, please note that the full license price would have to be paid again.

A single license basically allows one installation and user which may change every 30 days according to our license agreement.

A site license covers all installations and users of one entity within one city.

For our software TreeSize Professional, we can offer countrywide or worldwide company licenses which cover an unlimited number of installations and users of one entity, either countrywide or global.

These licenses are individually calculated based on the number of employees and a possible usage quota, but the calculation starts at more than 10,000 assumed installations/users. A smaller volume can be licensed with single licenses for which we have a price scale on our price list.

VISA, MasterCard and American Express implemented the new Payment Security Directive (PSD2). The new security requirements are mandatory to provide the utmost safety for the payments of our customers and prevent credit card fraud. But the automated request is solely initialized by the card-issuing institute (your bank).

So, if you encounter these errors during the payment or you do not know how to retrieve your code for the authentication of the payment, please contact your bank. Unfortunately but for good reasons we have no influence on that.

A Consultant License, which we currently offer for our software TreeSize Professional, is a so-called Named User License. The license is assigned to one person in the licensee's company. This has the surplus value for the named user that he may install the software one after the other on any number of machines in your own company or at different customers, for the period of use. This makes license management less complex.

Especially IT-Admins or technicians who work on a variety of different systems can benefit from this licensing option.

To get technical support for our product your maintenance period must be valid. Customers that are covered by maintenance are able to download all updates for free.  If there is a support case, we will typically ask our customers to install the latest version, as this may already fix the issue. If the latest version cannot be used for comprehensible reasons, we will also provide support for previous versions, but those will not receive any more updates.

You can look up the end of your support period in our customer area. There you can also renew it for a reduced price and will then get technical support and updates again.
