Is there a reinstatement fee for lapsed maintenance of perpetual licenses?
Answer / Solution
With a few exceptions, our products are available exclusively through a subscription. To resume maintenance service, you must switch to a subscription.
Within three months of the expiration of the support period for a perpetual license, you can switch to a subscription at a reduced price through our customer portal.
Since your perpetual license remains valid, you can continue to use the old version covered by your original perpetual license.
TreeSize Personal is still available with a perpetual license. To regain access to updates and support, you can either purchase a new perpetual license at full price or switch to a subscription.
