Yes, that is possible. The TreeSize file search has a predefined template that lists all folders that do not contain any subfolders or files.

You can select this template on the left side of the file search main window under "Select template > Empty folders"

You can use an "Include" filter in the TreeSize options. Under "Home > Options > Filter", you can add a new filter that only includes certain folders.

You can configure those groups at: Tools > Options > View > File Groups

You can increase the number of files for the Top Files statistic under "Options > Top Files > Show the top X files".
