Exchange Server Toolbox Outlook Add-In not loaded when starting Outlook
Question / Problem
I have installed the Exchange Server Toolbox Outlook Add-In but it does not show up.
Answer / Solution
First check if the Add-In is listed under Options/Add-ins/Disabled Application Add-ins in Outlook.
- If this is the case select "Deactivated Elements" in the combobox below and press "Go".
- Remove the Add-In from the list.
Check if the Add-In is inactive
- Select "COM-Add-Ins" in the combobox and press "Go".
- Activate the Add-In by checking the box next to its name.
