When SmartCallMonitor suddenly stops to monitor calls, it oftentimes helps to restart the SmartCallMonitor service. You can follow these steps to do so:
- Open the Windows services panel in "Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Services".
- Scroll down the list until you find the entry named "SmartCallMonitorService".
- Click the entry with the right mouse button and select "Restart".
