Black-/Whitelist action not working

Question / Problem

It seems the action "Add sender address to the Black-/Whitelist" does not work. There are no addresses shown in the Spam filter settings. But why is there not an error message?

Answer / Solution

Addresses added by a SmartPOP2Exchange action are added to an auto-whitelist/blacklist, so these addresses are not listed in the Spam filter options. You can find the files for the auto-whitelist/blacklist under:

  • "C:\ProgramData\JAM Software\spamdService\sa-config\JAMAutoWL.cf"
  • "C:\ProgramData\JAM Software\spamdService\sa-config\JAMAutoBL.cf"
