SmartPOP2Exchange saves its settings in the following XML file:

"C:\ProgramData\JAM Software\SmartPOP2Exchange\SmartPOP2ExchangeSettings.xml"

You can easily include your SmartPOP2Exchange (the XML file) settings in your backup by adding this file.
