Answer / Solution

Possible Reason: ASP.NET 4.0 is installed, but not registered.

  1. Open the windows command line.
  2. Go to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\' and execute the following command: aspnet_regiis.exe –iru
