The login failed. Reason: Your account is not a member of any role.

Question / Problem

The login failed. Reason: The affected Windows account is not member of any SpaceObServer Web Access role. You can read more about the role system here.

Answer / Solution

  1. Login to SpaceObServer Web Access with an account that is member of the 'Administrator'-role.
  2. Go to the admin page.
  3. Select the tab 'Roles'.
  4. Edit any role you want to add the affected user account.
  5. Search for the user account and add the user to the role.
  6. Save the configuration.
